Introduction to Science:

Even before Newton saw an apple falling from a tree or whilst Galileo argued the planetary system, the study of Science had been existing in every phase of our civilization. It’s a known fact that the architecture behind rising buildings, the aerodynamics keeping the planes afloat in mid air, the begin and end of Days and Nights or even a flicker of our eyelids, are all a part of the enormity that Science holds.

To emphasize further, Science and its forms have always been existing, while its uses and applications have evolved based on the ever changing needs and necessities of us humans.

What is happening to Science in Indian Schools/Institutions?

Science has an interesting aura that continues to fascinate the human minds of all generations, and has been the most important and inseparable part of our education system.  Our education system has locked Science into textbooks that are more or less “Read only” in nature and do not allow our imagination to manipulate and innovate into subject of discussion, well on the contrary it must be accepted that Science is a subject that needs to be practiced and experimented.

Although Educational institutions are now providing high end lab facilities where students can conduct standard experiments that are a part of the curriculum, but somehow we have been ignoring the fact that these standard experiments only amount to validation of predefined results for the study and may just manage to induce a glitch for research. But if studies and analysis of our nation were to be studied the innovation graphs have not been as promising considering the fact that we have been the pioneers in civilization since the olden times.

What we plan to change in the Education system for the Benefit of Science?

In support of the claims over Science’s practicality and allowing of a novel approach to teaching Science and its fundamentals, we at TechnoScience have manifested the ideology of providing practical experience and study to students through our innovative methodologies towards this subject.

Based on the syllabus that the institution follows, we at TechnoScience would create a practical curriculum, wherein the teachers who are trained at TechnoScience will be assigned to individual schools to identify topics from the syllabus of the Schools. The chosen topic would then be practiced in the respective School labs with sophisticated educational kits that TechnoScience would facilitate to each school. These educational Kits have been imported from selected countries like Germany and U.S where innovation have always raced and peaked for better lifestyles.

In this manner students would be introduced more towards practicality as they watch and experience their subject of discussion through real time experience allowing their minds to question and authenticate what is being taught in their text book curriculum.

How we plan to do it?

Understanding the integrities that require to be altered so that TechnoScience can establish its technique of practical education into schools and educational institutions we intend to start our practice of education with a very simple yet sufficient for its cause approach.

Ø  Discuss the various aspects of our education with the School Administration.

Ø  Identify the syllabus that the Institution practices.

Ø  Allocate TechnoScience Teacher to the respective School

Ø  TechnoScience Staff identifies and lists the topics in the Syllabus for different grades, that we can provide a practical knowledge for.

Ø  Our Staff provides a curriculum (individually for each Grade) that will be followed throughout the year.

Ø  Once the School/Institution approves the curriculum provided by TechnoScience Staff, we will commence our classes from the following/current academic year.

Ø  Identified Topics will be practiced in phases, with number of classes well defined for each topic.

Ø  The timing of the practical classes as against the routine theoretical class will be clearly identified and discussed with the respective staff.

Ø  We will conduct a maximum of 2 classes / Week.

Ø  Notes will be hand written by the students based on their learning from each class.

Ø  One Educational Kit will be provided for every 4 students, to ensure ample learning.

Ø  Environment for proper questioning and reasoning will be facilitated by our Staff.

Ø  Periodic Reports regarding the performance and progress will be provided by TechnoScience to the assigned School Staff.
