An Introduction to Science and its potential

The Origin of Science is a mystery that was never witnessed by the human race or even the creatures that dwelled on this planet before us. The very Milky Way that we study is based on assumptions and theologies placed and argued by the curious minds. From the falling Apples to the flying Birds we have curiously studied such observations that have lead to innumerable innovations and helped mankind for a more connected world.

Science and its forms were classified into streams such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and many other forms for our convenience of their study. We have studied the various observations and questioned its behavior to manipulate it to the betterment of our lives.

Understanding the theoretical Science does not substantiate the limits to which its propensity can be experimented but Practical Science opens up doors for newer ideas and innovations that are waiting to hatch upon our reasoning and research of the universe. It is this questioning and analysis that has led us to discoveries and modernization which has improved and advanced our way of living on this so called “Lonely Planet”. But somewhere in the midst of breakthroughs and advancements in the world of technology and its gadgets we have limited our curiosity to possessions of comfort and luxury.

We must understand and respect the fact behind our existence that lies in the heart of our instinctive capabilities and the influence of our actions on this planet.

Science and the Modern World
When the darkness of Nights turns into the lightness of Days, the rooster in the backyard knows it’s time to wake up. Science has been the means by which a relationship is Born, Created and Maintained between the living and the non living. It is crucial to understand the dynamics that hold the strings of various creations of nature, as it forms the fundamentals of the reasoning that sparks innovation.

In our busy lifestyles we forget to question how the stuffs that we see or use in our day to day life came into being, as we have been forced to believe that the existence of a lot of our daily used equipments are just eventuality and not someone’s innovation.

While we plug in our Television Set and surf through the channels all we are bound to head for is the Entertainment or News that could refresh our knowledge, Well with all the fun and information that this medium provides, what we unconsciously ignore is how science has played its role in giving us the lifestyle that we call as a “necessity “in today’s world. Beginning from the Potential energy of the water in dams transforming into the Mechanical energy of the moving turbines further down into Electrical energy through the grids to fuel our Television Set and then into Light and Sound energy is just what Science just did while we switched on the TV Set.

With technology clouding over the reach and diversity of science, most of the modern innovations are bound strongly to the strings of software and its applications. The present day innovators are more or less gloomed by the horde of applications that the software world houses. This bias towards a segment of science has left the rest of the streams to a standstill and void that can only be broken into if perceived with the right approach.


 Science and innovation in Schools and Educational institutions

The reasoning and curiosity over science and its forms have been precisely documented into Text books and online mediums, but how much of it we use in our quest for another innovation is a walk into the closet that is fainted by modern day comforts and distractions.

There are no age restrictions for innovation and scientific thinking, but in today’s world of modern technologies and Algorithm driven jobs in the IT industry people have lesser time and interest that could be drawn out of their livelihood support system of jobs. With such a situation the only generation that holds hope in their minds is the Schools and Colleges that still belong to the learning and experimenting clout of us.
But as we see hope towards the dawn of reasoning and innovations again we must be aware that the curriculum that is being practiced in our educational institutions is no more driving curiosity into the students, instead our curriculums are primarily aiming at careers into service oriented jobs or most predominantly into the technology sector that only boots itself with the computers.

To bring back the research and discoveries into our system we must provide targeted courses and opportunities that will allow the minds to wander in curiosity and avoid the routinely opted careers of service to the more interesting and evolving means of experimentation and innovation.

With this intention in mind TechnoScience wishes to facilitate such opportunities to students and teachers in various schools by providing an offbeat approach to the syllabus being taught.


 How we plan to bring about this change

TechnoScience in support of its claims over Science’s practicality and allowing of a novel approach to teaching Science and its fundamentals has manifested the ideology of providing practical experience and study to students through its innovative methodologies towards the subject of Science.
Primarily TechnoScience plans to reach out to schools and Educational Institutions and provide them with a plan to inculcate practical teaching as part of their class Time Table wherein TechnoScience would provide a practical session of the topics in Science that are a part of their syllabus.

To explain in detail TechnoScience will function as per the following strategy-

Ø  Based on the syllabus that an Educational institution follows, we at TechnoScience would create a practical curriculum of all the topics that can be taught through Practical sessions.

Ø  Well Trained Teachers from TechnoScience will be assigned to individual schools to facilitate the practical classes with the chosen topics from the syllabus and the Practical approach that TechnoScience prescribes.

Ø  Each Topic that is chosen will be equipped with sophisticated educational kits that TechnoScience would facilitate to each school through TechnoScience Staff. These educational Kits have been imported from selected countries like Germany, U.S and Japan where innovation have always raced and peaked for better lifestyles.

Ø  As the Students watch and experience their theoretical Subjects through real time experimentation, Students are provided with an opportunity for practically justifying the theories they are subjected to read.


 What are the kinds of experiments and courses that will be a part of our approach?
Our Staff of allotted teachers at TechnoScience would identify topics for respective classes of individual schools which can be converted into practical experiments. For instance “Photosynthesis” could be one of a topic for which our specially trained teachers would first brief and then clearly identify and preach the students about its natural worth in our life. Once a brief introduction is provided, Our Teachers will arrange for Kits intended for this process and take the students through the practical sessions with help of the Kits.
Students would be expected to make notes of the learning’s by themselves for their understanding as they witness the complete process by themselves.

TechnoScience would facilitate practical learning through its worth mentioning collection of educational kits from various countries, Our Trained teachers will have the required expertise in handling these equipments and knowledge to manage and impart practical knowledge into the minds of these students. We would procure kits for our inventory as the need arises.

ü  Solar Cells and its functioning
ü  Functioning of a Turbine
ü  Plant Sciences
ü  Robotics






How are we planning to bring about these Kinds of experiments into the daily curriculum?
Understanding the integrities that require to be altered so that TechnoScience can establish its technique of practical education into schools and educational institutions we intend to start our practice of education with a very simple yet sufficient for its cause approach.

Ø  Discuss the various aspects of our education with the School Administration.
Ø  Identify the syllabus that the Institution practices.
Ø  Allocate TechnoScience Teacher to the respective School
Ø  TechnoScience Staff identifies and lists the topics in the Syllabus for different grades, that we can provide a practical knowledge for.
Ø  Our Staff provides a curriculum (individually for each Grade) that will be followed throughout the year.
Ø  Once the School/Institution approves the curriculum provided by TechnoScience Staff, we will commence our classes from the following/current academic year.
Ø  Identified Topics will be practiced in phases, with number of classes well defined for each topic.
Ø  The timing of the practical classes as against the routine theoretical class will be clearly identified and discussed with the respective staff.
Ø  We will conduct a maximum of 2 classes / Week.
Ø  Notes will be hand written by the students based on their learning from each class.
Ø  One Educational Kit will be provided for every 4 students, to ensure ample learning.
Ø  Environment for proper questioning and reasoning will be facilitated by our Staff.
Ø  Periodic Reports regarding the performance and progress will be provided by TechnoScience to the assigned School Staff.




What kind of impact will these kinds of experiments have on the whole system?
In today’s world where the Virtual self is taking over most of the time out of the hour glass of today’s younger generations, wherein Computers , Smart Phones  and many more such Gadgets that the technology Santa Clause has invented are becoming an inseparable part of their lives.

Contradictorily to our claim, Such inventions are indeed a part of the very innovative science that we are talking about, but if one looks closely, majority of the inventions are now happening primarily in the technical field and the other streams of Science has been left to the Reference racks of Libraries.

By bringing in such practical sessions we intend to create interest and curiosity amongst diverse topics in Science allowing students to have a complete knowledge of Science and its forms. Such practical sessions would allow a clear understanding of the fundamentals in various scientific streams and probably creating a platform for more pioneering discoveries.

Certifications
Certifications, as we all know are a means to uphold and showcase one’s ability towards a Subject be it Academics, Sports or any other field. And with TechnoScience’s inclinations towards the practical understanding of Science, we intend to provide certification examinations which could involve various levels of certifications based on the experimental skills of the students.

 TechnoScience’s certifications would be focused to spark the inventive mindset of the participants allowing them to showcase their understanding of the practical knowledge and skills over the fundamentals of Science.

For instance we would allow students to create and showcase their understanding over Aerodynamics as a subject expecting them to create a model which would practically prove how Aerodynamics is significant in maintaining an object suspended in the air.
