INTERIOR DESIGN DIVISION:
Our interior design division offers a versatile range of options for your home Interiors. After detailed drawing and estimations, the interior works are executed by specialist and approved contract agencies under our direct supervision.
We specialize in bringing outstanding design to all areas of interior and exhibition design. We are a close-knit team of designers and architects who efficiently translate client’s ideas into successful projects, which work both aesthetically and commercially.
We work with clients and their brand managers from concept to completion to create effective solutions for both individual and roll-out identities. All Completed projects will be provided with housekeeping solutions to ensure clean and tidy premises. Common areas such as parks, internal roads, terrace driveway and common toilets will be cleaned and maintained. A nominal charge will be levied for these services.
Terms & conditions:
- Sales and construction agreement shall be executed between the promoters and buyers on allotment. Once allotted and agreement signed, finalized prices will NOT be changed.
- The concept of the transaction shall be sale of land/land share on the condition that promoter shall only be undertaking the construction utilizing the funds to be made available by the owner, through advances.
- The sale deed for the undivided share of land will be registered in favor of the buyer on receipt of the entire payments and before handing over of the contracted built-up area to be constructed through the promoters.
- Stamp duty, Documentation charges, Registration charges and Incidental expenses for registration of the Sale Deed will be to the buyers account.
- All payments to be made by Demand Draft or local cheque’s favoring

- The allotment shall be confirmed only at the remittance of the full booking amount on or before the stipulated date intimated by builder, failing which this application shall stand cancelled and the application money will be refunded without interest only if the promoter finds an alternative buyer.
- Statutory deposits, building tax, service tax and construction workers welfare fee should be paid by the buyer.
- Possession shall be given to the buyer on settling of all the dues to the promoters.
- Maintenance responsibility of the building shall rest with Society / Association of the Owners/buyers which shall be formed in conformity with the Karnataka land Revenue Act Apartment Ownership Act of 1983 within six months of handling over the possession of apartments to the buyers and membership is compulsory and not optional.
- All measurements and specifications given here are subject to variation without notice and shall be purely at the discretion of the promoters.
- The plans are not drawn to scale and are included only for the purpose of identification. The measurements shown in the plan are indicative and may vary. Furniture layout is only an indication for space utilization. The elevation shown in the brochure is artist’s expression only & the actual may vary according to the practical site conditions. All measurements & specifications shown in the brochures are subject to minor variations without specific or general notice. All such variations/ alterations shall be purely at the discretion of the builder.

Maintenance:
As Part of the signed Contract the management of Eeshaana promises to provide free maintenance for the initial six months period after the completion of the project, also referred to as the Defect Liability Period. During this period, the Eeshaana shall repair any defects on the completed work. All expenses to repair the defects shall be borne by the Eeshaana.
