In this mode of providing resources, Clients who have
resource requirements for their projects approach GBIT with the skills they are
in need for. Based on the provided skill requirement our Human resourcing team
initiates the process of sieving the candidates from our own database and as
well as from reliable job portals who fit the requirement.
With the list of candidates obtained from the different
mediums, we then conduct necessary interviews and screening to filter out
candidates who fit in for the client requirement.
In this mode of Staffing the contract employee is on GBIT's
payrolls and works for our clients at clients premises or wherever the client
decides to deploy them. In this manner there is a co-employment relationship
created between GBIT and its resource seeking client.
All our candidates are individually interviewed by our
clients, who are free to follow their filtering process to select a candidate,
only after the client’s confirmation GBIT deploys its resources for the client
services. Contracts are meant for a duration which are mutually agreed and
fixed by the Client Company and GBIT. The renewal is based on the client’s
