Gratuity Fund
Gratuity Funds were devised into a scheme to motivate or lure employees to serve an employer for a longer duration in the same company. For any employee who has served a company for more than 5 years will be eligible for Gratuity. In this respect a portion of the last drawn salary would be multiplied into the number of years of service and paid to the employee once he/she leaves the organization.

·         Providing day to day consultancy on matters pertaining to Payment of Gratuity.
·         Obtaining Registration of establishment with the controlling Authority.
·         Assistance in calculation of the amount of Gratuity payable to an employee.
·         Formation of approved Gratuity Fund.
·         Preparation & submission of notice with the controlling authority in case of change of name, address and nature of business of establishment.
·         Intimation to controlling authority from time to time as may be required under the act.
Obtaining permissions from controlling authority from time to time as may be required under the act.
·         Assistance in payment of contribution to the approved Gratuity Fund.
·         Preparation & submission of nomination forms with the controlling authority.
·         Submission of amendment in nominations.
·         Assistance in payment of Gratuity to employee.
·         Preparation and filling return with the controlling authority.
·         Assistance in ensuring compliance of various provision of the act related to disclosures, notice, displays, deduction forfeiture etc.
·         Replying/Satisfying Show cause Notices by the inspector/ controlling authority .
·         Representing establishment before inspector/ controlling authority.
·         Representing employer at the enquiries conducted by the inspector.
·         Representing establishment before the appellate Authority.




Superannuation Fund
Superannuation benefits are given to the employee during the retirement from the company, In such an arrangement the company is usually linked to agencies like LIC to which the contributions are made. In this setup the company pays a 15% of basic wages as a contribution to Superannuation and the interest obtained from this contribution is credited to the members account.
ESI
Employees state Insurance was created to provide social and economical protection to the working population and the dependants of the family that is covered under the scheme. As part of this scheme full medical care is provided to the Self and his/her dependants. Various cash benefits are also entitled towards the member of this scheme during various physical ailments.

Add-on Proposition
Help Desk: We also provide dedicated helpdesk at client’s office, which enables employees to solve their concerns or queries. This help desk is provided as per client’s requirement. Clients may demand it weekly, monthly or quarterly.  
 Call Centre: Employees may call on our numbers to find out status, register a new concern/query, status of query/concern already raised. The queries are resolved in desired Turnaround time.
