Understanding the troubles and woes that the home buying generation of today faces in the realty sector, we at TS Max have deciphered a plan that would just work right in the interests of every person in the pursuit of his/her dream home.  

We at TS Max are offering a unique plan to suit all economical sects of our society by introducing what we call the “Avakasha”[Sanskrit word for Opportunity]. In this plan we offer Clients with a Card membership system which can be obtained only from the TS Max Officials.

The Membership Denominations follow three categories which are- Silver>Gold>Platinum

Value *- Net Worth in INR of the Property in discussion

Validity*-  If property not decided within the validity period , the card would expire and will have to be renewed again.

Avakasha -

Following steps are involved on your way to buy your choice of home through Avakasha

Ø  Interested Clients can avail a Card based on their choice of plan.

Ø  TS Max does the home/Plot/Land hunting based on the Client Preferences.   

Ø  We provide a list of choices to the client from our search database.

Ø  Client is now left at their liberty to choose and decide which home they would prefer to buy from the List that TS Max provides.

Ø  Property could be finalized after all legal opinions are cleared either through TS Max or through the client preferred legal advisors.

Ø  Agreement is created and Property is transferred to the Client.

Ø  Client pays a commission of 0.5% to TS Max.

Ø  TS Max now pays the Avakasha - Membership deposit back to the Client.

TS Max deals with a variety of Real Estate related properties – Sites, Individual Houses, Gated Community, Villas, Apartments, Gated Community, Commercial Properties, JD Properties, Agricultural Land, Farm Houses. Our ideology is to provide a more transparent and friendly realty system to our clients through our innovative and economical Plans.

Apartments* - TS Max does not charge any commissions (0 %) for individual Flats in Apartments(only) from the Buyer.*
